What you will do

• Provide technical operational support using engineering approaches to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
• Develop manufacturing tools and equipment to improve product quality and reduce cost.
• Coordinate with other sections and overseas organizations on technical operation-support issues.
• Release, add, and modify process instructions and establish performance reports.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing quality, solve production problems, and provide guidance, training, and supervision to engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics/Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
• More than 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing processes and 5–7 years of experience in HSA/HDD manufacturing equipment.
• Strong hands-on experience with PLC/HMI programming and manufacturing automation systems.
• Familiarity with automation concepts and control systems.
• Knowledge of HDD processes and technology, HDD quality management, ESD, and contamination control.
• Data analysis skills and knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Good English proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Innovation, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
