Villeroy & Boch Group operates a factory where engineering supports expansion, machinery installation, and production equipment performance.
What you will do
- Support engineering processes related to factory expansion and install new machinery and equipment.
- Control and manage engineering projects across the entire plant area, including project budgets and technical data clarification.
- Prepare ID cards, presentations, project documents, reports, and analyses for management.
- Select and organize external suppliers supporting project delivery.
- Support production and maintenance teams in reducing breakdown time and improving machine and production-process efficiency.
- Improve and repair machines and equipment when necessary.
Requirements
- Ability to manage engineering projects across a plant area.
- Ability to clarify technical data and control project budgets.
- Ability to coordinate external suppliers and manage engineering documentation.
- Ability to support production and maintenance activities focused on reducing breakdown time and improving efficiency.
