CO - Remote Legalization Coordinator (AI)

hirify.global is hiring for its Finance – Admin & Compliance department.

What you will do

• Legalize worker hiring and conduct final independent reviews after contract acceptance.
• Cross-reference AI-extracted document information with video notes covering identity verification, right-to-work documentation, and on-site verification.
• Set visa-expiry thresholds, including academic-period end dates for student visas.
• Approve compliant hires as “Ready to work” or reject incomplete or unacceptable documentation, applying system blocks against unauthorized shift scheduling.
• Review employee requests to change personal or legal data and validate supporting evidence such as renewed right-to-work codes, passports, and proof of address.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the administrative platform.

Requirements

• Ability to independently review hiring legalization records and verify identity, right-to-work documentation, visa validity, and supporting evidence.
• Ability to assess document completeness and acceptability against current legislation and established thresholds.
• Ability to accurately update personal, legal, and payroll-related employee data.
