Solution Director - Engineering (Full Stack)

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior client stakeholders, including CPO, CTO, and CDO-level contacts.
• Understand client strategies and challenges, identify opportunities, and advise on technology and modern engineering approaches.
• Shape proposals, business cases, client opportunities, and technical presentations for existing and prospective clients.
• Define business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and resilient architectures across full stack engineering, APIs, AI, data, DevOps, and cloud.
• Guide build teams, oversee solution design and delivery, and maintain technical integrity through architectural governance and engineering best practices.
• Develop engineering propositions, reusable assets, methodologies, and technical capabilities while mentoring engineers and architects.

Requirements

• Deep and broad technical subject matter expertise across engineering and architecture.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, strategic advisory, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in full stack engineering, modern application development, full stack architectures, and platform engineering.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions using front-end, back-end, APIs, AI, data, DevOps, and cloud practices.
• Ability to define business and technical requirements, provide architectural governance, and ensure technical integrity and solution quality.
• Ability to support opportunity development, proposals, business cases, and client-facing technical presentations.
• Ability to guide and mentor engineers, architects, and delivery teams and contribute to technical practice development.
• The role is expected to achieve 50% utilisation and includes billable client work.
