Lead Solution Architect

Location: UK-wide hybrid role, with offices in London, Bristol, Manchester, Chesterfield, and Edinburgh. Office attendance is flexible, but occasional in-person events are required; client-site or other-location attendance may be needed up to 3 days per week.

• Work with clients to understand challenges, question assumptions, and shape sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to product, service, system, and technology transformation.
• Collaborate in agile, multidisciplinary teams across design, data, experience, and technology.
• Build client capabilities and confidence to continue learning, iterating, and adapting after delivery.
• Support solutions that improve outcomes for people, organisations, and communities.

Requirements

• Experience contributing to digital transformation and the development of products, services, systems, or technology solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to question assumptions and help build sustainable client capabilities.
• Availability for occasional in-person events and client or other-location attendance of up to 3 days per week when required by client engagement.
