Head of Relationship

Location: Taguig, Philippines; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with VIP accounts while understanding shipment-handling and business needs.
• Manage booking, pickup coordination, delivery monitoring, issue resolution, billing, claims, and overall account performance.
• Ensure shipments meet agreed SLAs, SOPs, lead times, and quality standards.
• Lead the Partnerships/Relationship Sales Team and coach Account Managers and Account Executives.
• Drive cross-selling, upselling, partnership, business development, and go-to-market initiatives with Sales and Operations.
• Monitor volume, ASP, revenue, service performance, market trends, and competitor activity; report findings to the Unit Head.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, or Stakeholder Management.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce and/or social commerce.
• Comfort with data analysis, spreadsheets, and performance metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Background in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, retail, or freight operations.
