Mechanical Engineer (Semiconductor Automation)

What you will do

• Design, develop, modify, and evaluate primarily mechanical systems, equipment, and packages.
• Contribute to total systems engineering across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Conduct feasibility studies and test new and modified designs.
• Support all development phases from initial concept through manufacturing, including detailed design, design testing, and prototype fabrication.
• Provide design information for packaging documentation and, depending on level, support project proposals, schedules, work assignments, technical presentations, and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Keep current with technical advances in mechanical engineering and related fields.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• For the entry-level scope: 0–2 years of experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of fundamental mechanical engineering principles, theories, concepts, techniques, standard practices, and procedures.
• Ability to resolve basic engineering problems under established practices and work under close supervision.
