TL;DR
Principal/Senior 12D Designer (12D/Roads and Highways): Delivering road alignment and duplication projects, intersection upgrades, road safety upgrades, and bridge replacement schemes with an accent on TMR standards, road design, and technical delivery. Focus on designing complex transport infrastructure, contributing to project delivery, and supporting mentoring or technical leadership.

Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, or the Maroochydore office

What you will do

  • Deliver road alignment and duplication projects.
  • Design intersection upgrades and road safety upgrades, including work on the Bruce Highway Targeted Road Safety Program.
  • Contribute to IV and bridge replacement schemes.
  • Support project delivery, people management, mentoring, or development as a technical authority according to career goals.
  • Collaborate with the Roads and Highways team and contribute to a one-team culture.

Requirements

  • Strong 12D experience.
  • A track record of delivering TMR projects and strong knowledge of TMR standards and practices.
  • Technical expertise and a collaborative approach to working as part of a team.
