Quality & Operational Excellence Manager

Location: Notting Hill, Victoria, Australia; hybrid work model. Australian citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Lead and deploy the quality strategy for a local hirify.global organizational unit across quality culture, systems, tools, teams, and certification requirements.
• Shape and develop the Integrated Management System and maintain effective internal and external quality communication.
• Implement short-, medium-, and long-term quality management strategies based on risks and opportunities with local management.
• Establish a closed-loop quality cycle from customer engagement through product or service delivery and monitor requirements with Sales.
• Coach teams and individuals to improve Sales, Tendering, Invoicing, and other core business processes.
• Support complex investigations, determine root causes, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading or supporting Quality Management Systems in a highly regulated environment, ideally within technology, manufacturing, repair, or service operations.
• Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyze, trend, and present quality data for strategic decision-making and proactive quality improvement.
• Experience leading or supporting complex investigations, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Australian citizenship.

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Qualtrics.
