What you will do

• Design complex, innovative, and strategic solutions aligned with customer challenges and long-term goals.
• Build strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders, advising and influencing business decisions.
• Present solution value propositions to executive-level customers and collaborate with sales teams on strategic account plans.
• Lead intricate integrations with third-party solutions and resolve complex technical and unexpected customer issues.
• Drive initiatives that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience; identify and mitigate solution risks.
• Organize innovation workshops and mentor junior team members through product and domain expertise.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• Ability to lead or provide expertise to functional project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to analyze complex situations or data requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
