Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Fort Smith, Arkansas, United States; second-shift role. Candidates must already have work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the US.

hirify.global’s NEMA Motors Division manufactures electric NEMA motors across seven global manufacturing locations, producing more than 1.6 million motors annually.

What you will do

• Coordinate plant equipment, personnel, and production processes to meet demand, specifications, quality, cost, and productivity targets.
• Prepare and maintain production schedules, ensure inventory service levels, and act as backup supervisor when needed.
• Manage timekeeping and HR-related activities for assigned employees.
• Identify production deficiencies and implement equipment, facility, and process improvements.
• Lead training, enforce company policies, and maintain a fair, consistent, and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance while resolving critical product and equipment issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of experience, or an associate’s degree plus at least 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus at least 6 years of experience.
• Existing US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global is required.

Nice to have

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certification.
• Experience with Shopfloor Display, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP, Workday, or Kronos.
