Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Meridian, Idaho, United States. Onsite manufacturing role requiring the night shift Sunday–Tuesday and every other Saturday from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Base salary: $60,000–$80,000 USD annually, plus participation in an annual bonus plan or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day and shift-to-shift manufacturing operations in a 24/7 environment.
• Promote safe work practices, conduct safety assessments, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Supervise, mentor, train, evaluate, and provide feedback to production leads and operators.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on associate well-being, equipment reliability, waste reduction, and productivity.
• Implement and sustain Total Productive Maintenance, including Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Early Equipment Management.
• Plan production schedules, monitor efficiency and quality KPIs, coordinate maintenance activities, and address process inefficiencies, defects, downtime, and deviations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of common manufacturing safety and quality standards.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
• Ability to work the specified Sunday–Tuesday and alternating Saturday night shift.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• TPM certification or relevant training.
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
