Production Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Location: On-site in Clarkston, Georgia, United States; 2nd shift. Relocation may be authorized. Travel may include up to 0–5%.

Expected compensation: $95,591–$116,834, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Ensure a safe working environment through inspections, audits, safety meetings, corrective actions, and proper work methods.
• Investigate incidents, solve EHS and quality problems, perform root cause analysis, and ensure required employee training.
• Plan production priorities, allocate work, regulate production processes, and meet daily production requirements.
• Monitor production rates, yields, and product quality while providing feedback and directly supervising and developing production employees.
• Coordinate changeovers and address scheduling, quality, runtime, and downtime issues.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen and Lean Management activities, including process improvements and cost-reduction programs.

Requirements

• Either a completed and verified High School Diploma/GED or higher plus six years of manufacturing experience, or a completed and verified Bachelor’s degree or higher plus at least three years of manufacturing experience.
• At least one combined year of supervisory and/or leadership experience.
• Manufacturing experience may be from a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Must provide education and work history through a resume or directly in the application.
• Must provide information needed to assess U.S. person status for applicable export-control requirements.

Nice to have

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
• Lean Six Sigma certification and/or experience leading continuous improvement projects.
• Strong people skills, teamwork, and effective communication.
• Administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
