Digitalization Specialist – Process & Automation

What you will do

• Analyze and map business processes with internal customers in Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate workshops and identify opportunities for RPA, low-code, AI, and workflow automation.
• Translate business needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for developers and solution architects.
• Coordinate stakeholders, priorities, dependencies, risks, testing, and user acceptance from kickoff through go-live.
• Enable adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Measure the impact of automations and identify continuous-improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or digitalization projects, with a structured and proactive approach and ownership of delivery deadlines.
• Knowledge of automation platforms such as UiPath, Mendix, or Power Automate; hands-on experience with these or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience with process modeling methods and tools such as BPMN, Signavio, or Visio.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate between business and technical perspectives and explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating in international teams and across functions.
