Location: Chicago, IL; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $137,400–$233,600 USD annually; discretionary bonus may include an equity component.

What you will do

• Support enterprise-scale transformation initiatives by translating strategic objectives into requirements, analyses, execution materials, and implementation-ready solutions.
• Partner with Transformation Executives, Program Managers, Technology, Data, Operations, Risk, and other stakeholders on initiative design, planning, and delivery readiness.
• Analyze current and future states across processes, operating models, workflows, and capabilities.
• Develop business requirements, process flows, operating model artifacts, implementation plans, and other documentation.
• Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and implementation considerations; escalate issues and recommendations.
• Prepare governance materials, analyses, and decision support for senior stakeholders and recommend practical, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy execution, transformation, consulting, or related roles within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities, including translating strategy into executable outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively across business, technology, data, and operational partners without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documenting complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Experience supporting large, cross-functional initiatives or enterprise-scale change programs.
• Demonstrated success delivering high-quality analysis and execution support in complex, regulated environments.
• High adaptability, flexibility, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced transformation environments.
• Leadership and organizational skills to determine business-unit goals, identify required resources, and assess and develop staff capabilities.
