Sr. Finance Transformation Manager (AI)

Location: USA - Remote

Base salary: $145,000–$220,000 per year for U.S. candidates, plus eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and maintain the Finance & Accounting AI operating model, governance forums, tooling landscape, and transformation roadmap.
• Partner with Finance & Accounting process leads across Quote-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, FP&A, and specialized finance to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
• Oversee AI proofs of concept with IT, Data, Security, and vendors, including integration, build-versus-buy decisions, vendor selection, and production scaling.
• Design role-based AI learning paths and lead the Finance & Accounting AI Champions network, change management, and adoption measurement.
• Establish finance-specific AI guidelines covering data handling, model risk, SOX implications, auditability, human-in-the-loop requirements, compliance, and assurance activities.
• Report adoption, productivity, quality, value-realization KPIs, portfolio outcomes, and emerging risks to executives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of combined Finance or Accounting Transformation experience, including at least 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Experience establishing and/or scaling AI transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes, including Close, Consolidation, FP&A, and Controls Frameworks.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders at Senior Director, VP, and CFO levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, increase efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
