What you will do

• Monitor incoming work, requests, transactions, and issues across assigned capital markets operations activities.
• Communicate updates, requirements, and outcomes accurately and on time to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform reviews, reconciliations, and control activities to ensure operational accuracy, completeness, and documentation.
• Handle complex activities with significant business, client, or internal impact and interact with senior stakeholders when needed.
• Identify and help implement procedure, control, and workflow improvements.
• Support, guide, mentor, and coordinate the daily work of less experienced employees without formal management responsibility.

Requirements

• College or university degree and/or relevant work experience.
• Strong functional, industry, or capital markets operations knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform reviews, reconciliations, and control activities thoroughly and accurately across assigned operational processes.
