Financial Analyst (FP&A)

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, forecasts, and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor a team reviewing and validating deal values and financial impact.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, budgets, financial reports, and management reviews.
• Analyze business performance, identify key drivers, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, Billing, Sales, and Professional Services.
• Identify risks and opportunities, develop action plans with stakeholders, and drive reporting and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, and large-scale data analysis.
• Experience with financial and reporting systems such as SAP, Business Objects, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience supporting senior leadership teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Power Query, data models, or advanced analytics tools.
