Senior Finance Manager / Management Accountant (SaaS)

Location: Remote, Metro Manila, Philippines; observing AU business hours and AU holidays.

Salary: PHP 90,000–110,000 per month.

hirify.global supports an end-to-end B2B SaaS platform for workforce management across scheduling, compliance, time tracking, invoicing, and payroll, operating in a high-volume, multi-entity environment undergoing international expansion and acquisitions.

What you will do

• Own the month-end close cycle, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, and consolidated reporting.
• Transition close and reporting activities from external advisers to the internal finance function and reduce closing timelines from 2–3 weeks.
• Prepare consolidated profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Analyze SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, churn, customer retention, CAC, and LTV, and reconcile subscription, recurring billing, and usage data.
• Support post-acquisition financial integrations, including accounting policies, charts of accounts, and financial frameworks.
• Automate financial workflows, strengthen internal controls, and coach bookkeeping and operational finance team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including substantial senior management accounting, finance manager, or financial controller responsibilities.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS, subscription-based technology, or recurring-revenue software business.
• Hands-on ownership of financial consolidations, multi-entity accounting, month-end close streamlining, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Deep knowledge of subscription billing models, revenue recognition standards, and SaaS unit economics including MRR, ARR, and churn.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex financial modeling.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for senior stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Direct reporting experience to a CFO, Finance Director, or senior executive.
• Exposure to Australian accounting standards, tax compliance, and business frameworks.
• Experience in fast-paced technology businesses undergoing M&A or international expansion.
• Familiarity with integrated SaaS billing engines, ERP platforms, and automated reporting systems.
