Manager, Corporate Strategy

Location: Hybrid in Lincolnshire, Illinois, with 3 days in the office and 2 remote; 10% travel required.

Salary: $138,800–$208,200 annual base pay, plus a target performance-based annual cash incentive equal to 15% of base pay.

What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives end to end, from framing business problems and shaping approaches to presenting recommendations to senior leadership and supporting implementation.
• Plan, prepare, and execute projects by breaking down complex problems, conducting analyses, defining action plans, and determining next steps.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
• Partner with executives and senior leaders, provide regular updates, and track project success metrics.
• Coach and mentor junior corporate strategy team members while ensuring delivery against deadlines.
• Support corporate strategy workshops and events, including initiatives involving market entry, priority-market growth, and internal process redesign.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree required.
• 12+ years of professional experience required. Candidates may instead be considered with 2+ years at a top-tier consulting firm and 6+ years of related experience, including an MBA.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Power BI.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives from conception to completion and coordinate deliverables on a matrixed team.
• Strong structured problem-solving, project management, stakeholder management, executive communication, analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter attitude, collaborative team orientation, practical execution focus, and commitment to high performance.
