Manager, Advisory Services (Healthcare Consulting)

Location: Remote; travel 61–80% within the United States

What you will do

• Lead and manage significant healthcare consulting workstreams or projects, including project plans, budgets, expenses, profitability, risks, issues, and administrative activities.
• Lead client interviews, oversee data analyses, interpret findings, and develop recommendations and solutions for client review.
• Create client-facing presentations, reports, deliverables, and verbal communications that explain strategy and outcomes.
• Support implementation of recommended improvements and build strong, referenceable client relationships.
• Manage, mentor, and educate staff assigned to projects while providing quality assurance for deliverables.
• Participate in Advisory Services practice development, market opportunity identification, sales presentations, technology learning, and required training.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to conduct and oversee analyses, interpret findings, and produce accurate conclusions and client deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences.
• Ability to lead work groups, manage project activities, and work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, make independent decisions, maintain attention to detail, and operate computer programs and software.
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods, work in a collaborative environment with interruptions, and communicate effectively in person and electronically.

Nice to have

• Experience in health systems finance, clinical or operational healthcare functions, operational or strategic consulting, strategic planning, or decision support analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Master’s degree, RN license or another relevant clinical professional license, and/or PMP or Lean certification.
