Manager, Advisory Services (Pharmaceutical Healthcare Consulting)

Location: Hybrid; must reside in the United States and work 2–3 days per week from the New York, Boston, or San Francisco office.

Base pay: $109,500–$273,800 annually, with potential incentives, bonuses, and benefits in addition.

What you will do

• Manage or lead multiple consulting projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Serve as a key client contact for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
• Lead project teams in designing, developing, and delivering client reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
• Provide strategic direction, advice, and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams.
• Support intellectual property development, client follow-up, and capability building.
• Lead internal workstreams related to recruitment, training, and team development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of consulting experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, with evidence of career progression.
• Knowledge of key issues and current market developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
• 2+ years of project management experience focused on strategic life sciences consulting projects.
• Experience leading presentations, meetings, and workshops.
• Ability to manage large-scale and/or multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing relationships with senior managers and executives in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively across the organization.
• Ability to contribute to business development through lead identification and proposal development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fluency in spoken and written English, willingness and ability to travel, and the right to live and work in the United States.
