Digital Twin Chief Engineer

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of Digital Twin solutions for manufacturing systems, products, and processes.
• Design and maintain scalable AI-enhanced Digital Twin solutions supporting real-time analytics and actionable insights.
• Translate manufacturing and business requirements into application, data, platform, and solution architectures.
• Drive data integration and consistency across digital manufacturing solutions.
• Lead digital transformation and Lean Six Sigma project portfolios focused on efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Provide technical leadership through technology selection, architecture reviews, complex problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional guidance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Digital Twin, digital manufacturing, smart manufacturing, or related digital transformation solutions in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in application, data, and/or platform architecture, including translating business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience with data integration, analytics, and digital technologies that improve manufacturing or operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading complex technical, digital transformation, or process improvement projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause identification and translating data into actionable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical, operational, and business teams.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, influence decisions, and guide cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience designing, developing, or deploying Digital Twin solutions for manufacturing systems, equipment, products, or processes.
• Experience applying AI, advanced analytics, statistical analysis, or predictive modeling to manufacturing or operational use cases.
• Experience with real-time manufacturing data, connected systems, and scalable digital architectures.
• Experience leading digital transformation and Lean Six Sigma portfolios with measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, or safety.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent experience leading Six Sigma improvement projects.
• Experience coaching or developing Lean Six Sigma Green Belts and Black Belts.
• Experience partnering with enterprise and cross-functional technology teams to improve process consistency and data integration.
• Experience providing technical guidance, architecture leadership, or design reviews for complex digital solutions.
