Technology Project Lead (Oracle)

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end technology solutions.
• Define and review architectures across application, integration, infrastructure, cloud, APIs, middleware, and data flows.
• Translate architecture into infrastructure requirements covering compute, storage, networking, and cloud environments.
• Oversee the SDLC from solution design through deployment, including DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage project scope, budget, resources, timelines, dependencies, risks, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate integration, testing, deployment readiness, production support, and handover to BAU teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of IT experience, including exposure to technology project delivery and solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
• Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of cloud architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience managing end-to-end technology delivery from solution design and development through deployment and production handover.
• Ability to translate technical architecture into practical, deployment-ready solutions.
• Understanding of APIs, middleware, system integration, and data flow design.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, delivery leadership, communication, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
• English and Thai required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Cloud or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experience with cloud migration projects, particularly migrations to Oracle Cloud.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or fintech.
• Knowledge of Oracle technologies, cloud infrastructure provisioning, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with project governance, steering committees, and senior management stakeholders.
• Project management experience covering budget, resources, scope, and timelines.
