What you will do

• Support customers with day-to-day operational usage of the platform.
• Participate in workflow reviews and operational improvement initiatives.
• Assist with system configuration and operational setup activities.
• Collaborate with Support, Product Adoption, and Implementation teams.
• Contribute to real-time customer issue resolution and operational challenges.
• Engage in customer meetings, workshops, and internal project discussions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• 2–3 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Structured thinking and communication skills.
• English proficiency required.
• Background in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Information Systems.
