What you will do

• Support customers in the day-to-day operational use of the core banking platform.
• Work on customer issues, operational challenges, workflow reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support implementation and delivery activities for new and existing customers.
• Assist with system configuration and operational setup.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and internal discussions.
• Collaborate with Support, Product Adoption, and Implementation teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured thinking.
• Strong learning agility, curiosity, and attention to detail.
• Ownership mindset and the ability to work in fast-paced, structured environments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex operational problems, learn quickly, adapt, take ownership, and follow through.
• Comfort working across different types of tasks and teams.

Nice to have

• Background in business, finance, banking, economics, information systems, engineering, or another technology-related discipline.
