Compliance Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with remote work flexibility and in-person collaboration. You must be legally eligible to work from France, Belgium or Spain.

hirify.global is building a prevention insurance product that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into one user experience, serving more than 1M members and 40K+ companies.

What you will do

• Build compliance processes and tooling that scale with hirify.global's regulated development, markets, members, and products.
• Redesign manual processes end to end by researching current workarounds, launching improved workflows, and continuously optimizing adoption.
• Build practical automation and AI-enabled workflows using no-code, low-code, AI tools, data, controls, and human judgment.
• Identify future bottlenecks and design solutions that bhirify.globalce compliance with speed.
• Set goals and measure adoption, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Within the first six months, ship a first Corporate system, own an automated process from problem to live adoption, and establish a measurement approach.

Requirements

• Experience turning manual, repetitive work into simple automated and AI-based workflows, with the ability to explain the rationale, implementation, and usage.
• Familiarity with current AI tools and experience experimenting with AI-enabled workflows for research, decision-making, knowledge work, or operations.
• Interest in understanding regulated work and the ability to ramp up quickly in a new domain; hands-on legal, privacy, security, risk, governance, or compliance experience is not required.
• Professional French and English.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize with incomplete information, involve the right experts, and deliver useful outcomes.
• Systems thinking across people, processes, tools, data, and controls.
• Sound judgment around legal, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
• End-to-end project ownership from user research and planning through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Clear, proactive communication with stakeholders.
