Senior Product Manager (AI/SaaS)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work organization with 2 office days per week; remote work from abroad policy is available.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vision for a strategic use case covering regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience.
• Research customer and competitor solutions, technical requirements, market gaps, and the sequence from parity to market leadership.
• Engage buyers, program owners, co-development accounts, customers, and prospects to validate problems and solutions.
• Use AI prototyping tools, LLM APIs, and lightweight services to test assumptions and demonstrate working concepts.
• Partner with engineering, product tribes, squads, strategic use case leads, and commercial teams to build and launch products.
• Define success measures and lead persist, pivot, or stop decisions based on outcomes.

Requirements

• Typically 10+ years of experience, including ownership of a meaningful product area end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS and demonstrated business and customer outcomes.
• Technical fluency to prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs, and Python, JavaScript, or an equivalent scripting language.
• AI-native working practices integrated into discovery, analysis, prototyping, instrumentation, and communication.
• Ability to operate in a regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domain, or learn such a domain quickly.
• Strong problem framing and communication skills, with the ability to make recommendations and reduce ambiguity for engineering and design.
• Fluent English as the primary working language.
• Ability to work as a generalist builder across strategy, data, prototyping, and go-to-market.
• Customer-focused, decisive, comfortable with incomplete information, and able to work across areas owned by other squads.
