Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with two office days per week and a working-from-abroad policy.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vision for a strategic use case such as regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience.
• Analyze customer and competitor solutions, technical requirements, market gaps, and the path from parity to leadership.
• Engage buyers, program owners, co-development accounts, customers, and prospects to validate problems and solutions.
• Prototype with AI tools, LLM APIs, and lightweight services before committing engineering resources.
• Work with engineering, product experts, tribes, and squads to drive product development across multiple product and platform areas.
• Define success measures, support go-to-market with strategic use case leads and commercial teams, and lead persist, pivot, or stop decisions.

Requirements

• Typically 10+ years of experience, including ownership of a meaningful product area end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS, with demonstrated business and customer outcomes.
• Technical fluency to prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs, and Python, JavaScript, or an equivalent scripting language.
• AI-native working practices, including applying AI across discovery, analysis, prototyping, instrumentation, and communication.
• Comfort operating in a regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domain, or the ability to learn the domain quickly.
• Strong problem framing and communication skills, with the ability to make clear recommendations and reduce ambiguity for engineering and design.
• Ability to operate independently across areas owned by other squads and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Fluent English as the primary working language.
