Enterprise Functional Consultant (AI)

Location: USA — Remote

Base salary: $110,000–$120,000 USD per year; variable compensation and benefits may also apply.

What you will do

• Configure hirify.global solutions according to customer requirements and implementation best practices.
• Own functional workstreams from solution design and configuration through testing, training, go-live, and hypercare.
• Analyze existing accounts payable and spend management processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate customer workshops and deliver training sessions remotely or on site.
• Produce solution documentation, specifications, and change requests.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, customer project teams, and stakeholders throughout delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT system implementations, ideally in cloud-based or SaaS environments.
• Understanding of accounts payable, finance, or spend management processes.
• Strong communication skills with both end users and project stakeholders.
• Ability to organize and manage tasks across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solution-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/F&O or NAV/BC, Oracle NetSuite, or Infor M3.
• Background in spend management, accounts payable, or procure-to-pay processes.
• Experience in consulting or professional services.
