Sr Manager, Network Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Location: Jacksonville, FL, United States; hybrid work with office attendance Tuesday through Thursday and virtual work Monday and Friday

What you will do

• Lead annual planning, monthly forecasting, long-range planning, budgeting, and performance management across Network, Loyalty, and Prepaid.
• Build driver-based financial models connecting transaction volumes, client activity, pricing, product mix, operational costs, revenue, margins, and investment requirements.
• Provide financial analysis, scenario modeling, variance analysis, risk and opportunity assessment, and recommendations for growth, pricing, investments, cost initiatives, and strategic alternatives.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, Technology, Accounting, and Finance teams to incorporate business assumptions, pipelines, client trends, product initiatives, and expense investments into forecasts.
• Lead, coach, and develop two FP&A professionals while establishing standards for analytical rigor, financial storytelling, and actionable business insights.
• Improve forecasting, reporting, data quality, planning functionality, and recurring FP&A processes through automation, modern analytics, and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business finance, or financial strategy, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance management.
• Experience managing and developing finance professionals.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics, including the ability to translate operating drivers into financial outcomes.
• Experience building complex financial and scenario models to support business decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify underlying drivers of financial performance.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly and influence senior business and finance stakeholders.
• Experience partnering across Finance, Commercial, Product, Operations, Technology, and other functions.
• Proficiency with financial planning systems, analytics tools, and data visualization platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, network, loyalty, prepaid, fintech, or financial services businesses.
• Experience with transaction- or volume-driven business models, pricing, yield, client economics, and contribution margin analysis.
• Experience in a large-scale, matrixed, publicly traded organization.
• Experience with Hyperion or comparable enterprise financial planning systems, Power BI, and modern financial analytics tools.
• Experience using automation, advanced analytics, or AI for forecasting and financial decision support.
• Experience with strategic investment decisions, business cases, capital allocation, scenario analysis, finance transformation, or modernization initiatives.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or comparable advanced degree or certification.
