Manager/Sr. Manager/Director, Strategic Finance, FP&A

Location: Palo Alto, CA, US; Remote

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Drive the strategic planning cycle, owning P&L, cash flow, forecasts, and budgets with key business partners.
• Develop monthly and quarterly forecasts and improve forecast accuracy through business leader collaboration.
• Partner directly with the CFO and executive leadership on company-wide strategic initiatives, including M&A corporate development.
• Work cross-functionally with senior leadership, sales, operations, and other business teams.
• Develop, track, and report financial and operational metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and create reporting to identify trends and support pivotal decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant FP&A Analyst experience within a technology company, plus experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a Big 4 Accounting firm.
• Strong ability to create financial models and turn data into actionable insights.
• High integrity, strong business judgment, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior leadership.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with business stakeholders across the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Excellent written and presentation skills; organized and detail-oriented.
• Resourcefulness, determination, and the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to continuous growth and process evolution.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in the Enterprise Software and SaaS domain.
• MBA or CPA.
• Eagerness to further develop yourself and others.
