What you will do

• Support and enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities within Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models, dashboards, and reports for strategic decision-making and operational performance.
• Partner with Finance leadership on practice-wide, bottom-up budget and forecast development.
• Analyze financial results and KPIs to provide actionable insights and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Work with operating teams to drive performance, influence business outcomes, and gain exposure to business operations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial models, assumptions, and reporting structures.
• Highly analytical approach with the ability to use data to solve business problems and support decision-making.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn and apply new systems and technical tools.

Nice to have

• Workday Adaptive Planning experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of finance or FP&A experience.
