Finance Manager (AI/Manufacturing & Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's global headquarters in Long Beach, California, United States

Base pay: $125,000–$165,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Advise manufacturing, supply chain, and operations leaders on cost management, production planning, and strategic investment decisions.
• Lead financial planning and forecasting cycles for manufacturing and supply chain.
• Analyze cost variance, absorption, production efficiency, working capital, and supply-chain performance.
• Design AI-enabled analytics frameworks for operational intelligence and predictive capabilities.
• Lead cost-optimization initiatives, ROI models, payback assessments, and risk-adjusted capital investment analyses.
• Partner with plant managers, procurement, engineering, and supply chain leaders to improve operational and financial outcomes; optimize processes using Infor LN ERP and Adaptive Planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; alternatively, 12+ years of total work experience.
• Strong experience with cost accounting, inventory management, and operational finance.
• Demonstrated success driving cost optimization and supporting accelerated enterprise growth.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic-thinking, and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Infor LN ERP experience is strongly preferred; Adaptive Planning experience is preferred.
• For work in United States offices, eligibility under U.S. Government ITAR export regulations is required, or the candidate must be eligible to obtain the necessary authorizations.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience developing or applying AI-enabled tools for reporting automation, analytics, or operational decision-making.
• Experience leading digital transformation across finance, operations, and supply chain.
• Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing, throughput optimization, and continuous improvement.
