Finance Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Wichita, Kansas, United States

Salary: $95,250–$146,050 per year

Designs and manufactures commercial aerostructures, including fuselages, pylons, nacelles, and wing components, using composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions.

What you will do

• Manage a team responsible for financial oversight of purchased parts, internally manufactured parts, raw materials, and physical inventory.
• Consolidate and analyze budgets, forecasts, actuals reconciliations, period-to-period variances, and cost deviations.
• Prepare variance explanations for bills of material and physical inventory.
• Develop financial metrics that improve business insight, accountability, and organizational performance.
• Support financial reviews and present cohesive reports to explain financial inputs and guide operating decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Finance Manager or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong people management, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and intellectually curious.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage projects and tasks requiring cross-functional coordination.
