Vice President, Direct Mail (Political)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants may reside in AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA, or WI. hirify.global has no planned return-to-office date. Salary: $135,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Develop political fundraising strategies that combine breakthrough creative, technology, and custom solutions.
• Design direct mail and integrated fundraising, advocacy, and communications campaigns.
• Lead cross-functional teams delivering campaigns across mail, email, web, social media, SMS, and search.
• Manage client relationships, assess KPIs, maximize campaign ROI, and advise on best practices and emerging strategies.
• Provide strategic marketing planning, revenue forecasting, budgeting, resource coordination, and timeline management.
• Identify prospective nonprofit clients, support pitches, and provide reporting, invoicing, and customer service.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in direct-response communications, direct mail fundraising, or marketing for an agency or political organization.
• Extensive political fundraising experience and a strong understanding of how leading campaigns and committees drive grassroots revenue.
• Client management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
