Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $104,300–$177,800 per year

What you will do

• Shape and own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle execution from MVP and product-market fit through scale and commercialization.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Customer Strategy, Engineering, Go to Market, Marketing, Operations, and R&D.
• Define value propositions and translate product innovation into messaging for buyers, users, partners, and the broader ecosystem.
• Represent customer needs by developing product vision, user stories, and high-level requirements.
• Lead data-driven go/no-go and pivot decisions while evaluating technical and architectural trade-offs.
• Support discovery, pricing, and P&L thinking to ensure products are valuable and viable.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management and data-driven technology environments, including deep expertise in defining data strategies, building data products, and leading technology migrations.
• Proven experience directing and aligning cross-functional teams in a technology organization.
• Experience mentoring and developing talent.
• BA/BS degree required.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in healthcare, payment systems, and/or financial services.
• Pragmatic Marketing Certification.
• Six Sigma or Lean experience.
• Master’s degree in business, finance, operations, or a similar field.
