Commercial Product Manager, Lead (Fintech)

Salary: $101,500.00–$172,550.00 per year

What you will do

• Execute the Enterprise Intelligence product strategy, roadmap, and revenue plan.
• Drive data strategy and execution while informing go-to-market initiatives and product strategy.
• Grow the Enterprise Intelligence product pipeline and P&L through commercial product management.
• Define product vision and communicate complex data, analytics, AI, and agentic product concepts through executive communications and visualizations.
• Design analytic products based on client needs, financial-services expertise, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, guide client product consumption and refinement, and develop data partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, data strategy, or related roles, with a proven record of commercial success bringing data-driven products to market.
• Required financial services industry experience, including banking, fintech, insurance, or capital markets, with experience leading or influencing data and analytics initiatives.
• Experience defining product vision and roadmaps.
• Strong communication, research, presentation, and creative skills.
• Ability to remain self-motivated and composed under pressure and to work effectively amid ambiguity.
• Full knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
