Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote, but must be based in the United States.

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Support data strategy and AI feature development by evaluating, procuring, and leveraging datasets for company discovery, deal scoring, programmatic evaluation, and CRM automation.
• Run customer discovery across segments and synthesize insights into product priorities and solutions.
• Define scope and ship high-impact, workflow-heavy, data-intensive features while balancing customer value, cost, and delivery time.
• Align stakeholders and lead end-to-end execution, including rollout and customer adoption.
• Plan iterative product delivery, write clear requirements, and motivate teams around product goals.
• Establish and refine scalable product development processes using AI tooling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of end-to-end product management experience with B2B SaaS or FinTech products.
• Experience shipping workflow-heavy, data-intensive features to external customers.
• Customer-oriented, curious, and able to investigate user pain, data, and edge cases to identify root problems.
• Builder mentality and self-starter approach, with the ability to take ambiguous problems from concept to shipped product.
• Ability to combine product strategy and execution, set direction, prioritize, coordinate, unblock teams, and deliver outcomes in an organized and transparent manner.
• Creative product thinking with the ability to evolve established workflows into step-change experiences.
• Applied AI experience, including translating data and model capabilities or constraints into useful, reliable product features.
• Excellent communication in a remote environment, with proactive clarity, context, and stakeholder alignment.
• Adaptability and a fast-moving, resourceful approach suited to a startup setting; interest in private markets and AI with pragmatic judgment focused on measurable customer impact.

Nice to have

• Strong technical foundation in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Private markets product management experience.
