Commercial Principal Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Create and drive the Enterprise Intelligence product strategy, roadmap, revenue, and data strategy.
• Define innovative analytic products based on client needs, financial-services expertise, and regulatory requirements.
• Grow the product pipeline and P&L, and inform go-to-market activities.
• Shape how hirify.global data enables analytics, AI, agentic products, and intelligent automation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, executive communications, client engagement, product consumption, and product refinement.
• Drive data partnerships that increase the value and distribution of data products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, data strategy, or related roles, with a proven record of commercial success bringing fraud-data and analytic products to market.
• Required financial-services industry experience leading or influencing data or analytics initiatives in banking, fintech, insurance, or capital markets.
• Experience defining product vision and roadmaps.
• Strong communication, research, presentation, and creative skills.
• Ability to remain self-motivated and composed under pressure while working amid ambiguity.
• Full knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
