Senior Business Recruiter - Contract

Location: Remote; active work authorization in the US is required

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Growth, Sales, G&A, and similar non-technical functions while managing multiple searches.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build sourcing strategies and conduct targeted sourcing for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage candidate pipelines, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and ATS data.
• Deliver timely, transparent candidate communication and a strong candidate experience.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, and sourcing approaches.

Requirements

• 6+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience across non-technical business functions such as Finance, Sales, Growth, G&A, or similar areas.
• Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions quickly without compromising candidate quality or experience.
• Strong hands-on sourcing skills, including independently identifying, engaging, and building qualified candidate pipelines through creative strategies and varied tools and channels.
• Experience with both high-velocity hiring and complex or hard-to-fill searches requiring deeper, targeted sourcing.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of structured interviewing, competency-based hiring, and inclusive recruiting practices.
• Active US work authorization is required.
