Location: Remote
Contract rate: $60–$75 per hour, 40 hours per week. The rate may vary depending on location or level.

What you will do
- Own high-volume recruiting searches end-to-end, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.
- Partner with Care Delivery leaders to understand hiring needs, anticipate demand, and develop recruiting strategies.
- Manage multiple roles and large candidate volumes while maintaining speed, quality, and a positive candidate experience.
- Build candidate pipelines through inbound applications, proactive sourcing, and referrals.
- Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring results.
- Help create scalable competency-based interview processes and experiment with AI tools and workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth or high-volume environment.
- Proven success hiring for operations, customer-facing, member-facing, sales, support, or similar populations.
- Strong sourcing, candidate management, offer negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience independently managing multiple searches, large candidate funnels, and ambitious hiring targets.
- Experience advising hiring managers and using recruiting data to diagnose and improve processes.
- Fluency with modern applicant tracking systems, preferably Ashby; healthcare experience is not required.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare recruiting.
- Hands-on experience applying AI and emerging technologies to recruiting.
