Vice President, Head of FP&A (AI)

Location: New York, Union Square office; relocation support is available with an expected three-month transition to NYC. Periodic travel to key hubs and events, up to approximately 25%.

Base salary: $273,000–$409,600 USD gross annually, depending on primary work location.

What you will do

• Develop and execute financial strategies supporting corporate objectives and growth initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership and business functions to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, profitability, and growth opportunities.
• Provide financial modeling and analysis for business cases, projects, and investments.
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team and prepare reports for executive leadership and the board.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from a top academic institution; MBA is preferred.
• At least 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the technology, software, or gaming sector.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• AI-first automation mindset and willingness to use BI and automation tools such as Looker, Claude for Excel, and Office Connect.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools; experience with Adaptive Insights, Workday, and Looker is a plus.
• Professional verbal and written English is required for frequent communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.
