Vice President, Corporate Treasurer (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA - Sunnyvale, CA

Base salary: $325,000–$375,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead global treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and investment strategies across multi-asset-class portfolios.
• Structure capital markets transactions, including financing, debt offerings, and repurchases, while managing foreign exchange exposure and debt covenant compliance.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with banks, financial institutions, investment advisors, and asset management companies.
• Support M&A transactions, rating agency presentations, strategic finance initiatives, and economic analysis for executive leadership and the board.
• Lead treasury automation and global payment platform implementations while improving policies, controls, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Build and lead high-performing treasury teams focused on service delivery, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 15+ years of relevant treasury experience with a proven track record in executive-level leadership.
• Extensive experience in corporate treasury management, capital markets transactions, and foreign exchange risk management.
• Proven experience working with financial institutions and capital markets.
• Deep knowledge of modern treasury functions and best practices.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
