What you will do

• Ensure smooth, timely freight process flow and delivery, including timely clearance when applicable.
• Enter operational data accurately and track and report on Transcon files.
• Prepare accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
• Arrange customer shipments and maintain customer service standards.
• Maintain supplier relationships, respond to network communications, and update internal DLSOPs.
• Meet compliance requirements and KPI standards in accordance with company policy.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective interpersonal skills, including listening, comprehension, and clear, concise communication.
• Proactive approach and strong organizational skills.
• Good computer skills in Excel and Word.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the ocean documentation process.
• Hazardous Materials certification.
