Logistics Coordinator (Logistics)

Location: Eddystone - Crum Lynne, PA 19022, United States; onsite 24/7 shift.

What you will do

• Prepare and compile documents required for the discharge of foreign cargo at domestic ports.
• Serve as a point of contact for existing and new customers, importers, carriers, and customs-related stakeholders.
• Arrange daily customs clearance and monitor customs brokers’ procedures and reports.
• Implement standard operating procedures according to customer-specific requirements and coordinate system data entry and document checks.
• Prepare and check invoices, costs, jobs, and job closing.
• Support customer meetings and complete related work assigned by the team leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures for both import and export.
• Knowledge of import and export procedures and customs policy.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to learn various computer programs.
