Head of Operations, DataLab (AI)

hirify.global is building a secure, efficient, and privacy-centric platform for exchanging AI training data, working with ambitious AI teams and investors.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day operations for the DataLab, including planning, prioritization, and execution across data initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable intake, prioritization, resourcing, delivery, and reporting processes for data projects from concept through launch.
• Partner with Data, Product, and Engineering leaders to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows, tooling, and decision-making.
• Establish operating rhythms, metrics, and dashboards to track progress, performance, and impact.
• Translate strategic objectives into roadmaps, timelines, and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare updates and materials for executives, partners, and internal stakeholders, while stepping into critical operational gaps as the DataLab scales.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, or strategy/analyst roles in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, propose structured solutions, and take ownership of outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including effective collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
• Highly adaptable, resourceful, proactive, curious, and tenacious, with a bias toward action.
• Commitment to treating colleagues with kindness and working collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI or data-driven industries.
• Prior experience in startup or scale-up environments.
• Comfort with SQL, analytics tools, or low-code automation platforms.
• Experience designing and implementing new business processes or systems.
• Background in project management or change management.
