Program Analyst II (JCB)

Salary: $93,000–$97,000 per year; final offer depends on location, skillset, and experience.

What you will do

• Track program performance and progress against scope, schedule, budget, and objectives.
• Prepare and deliver program status, risk, challenge, and budget reports to senior management.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making.
• Assist with workflows, procedures, project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate cross-department communication.
• Support program managers with schedules, resources, deliverables, budget planning, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property.
• Ability to work primarily in an office environment and perform the stated physical requirements, including occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
