Senior Business Management Analyst (Banking)

Location: Remote, with the role located in Portland, Maine, United States of America; occasional domestic travel required.

Salary: $72,280–$108,160 USD.

What you will do

• Develop reporting solutions, interactive dashboards, and executive presentations for sales practices, insider risk, and team productivity.
• Analyze case logs, employee trends, emerging themes, anomalies, and variances, escalating issues outside standard thresholds.
• Produce weekly and monthly dashboard reporting and monitor data integrity and scenario effectiveness.
• Support data preparation, new monitoring scenarios, threshold reviews, PIAs, procedures, and data lineage documentation.
• Advise management and business partners, lead initiatives, and coordinate business management activities across multiple functional areas.
• Contribute to policy, process, solution, and operational-efficiency improvements while supporting implementation and testing.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience building interactive Power BI dashboards and executive presentations from raw data.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Access, and Excel, including querying, macros, formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
• Ability to mine data, overlay supplemental information on existing routines, work independently, and complete tasks end to end.
• Ability to manage complex or escalated issues, provide specialized business advice, and coordinate work across multiple areas.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring scenario development, data preparation, threshold enhancement, data lineage, and executive reporting commentary.
