Salary: $83,546–$95,875 per year; some positions may also include bonuses.

What you will do

• Run backlog refinement and decompose initiatives into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain requirements packages and full traceability from requirements to tests using VA tools.
• Facilitate elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder reviews with VA logisticians and clinicians.
• Draft requirements analysis proposals covering scope, level of effort, and labor mix for new intake requests.
• Analyze data, build reports and process models, and support UAT and release validation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria on Agile/SAFe teams.
• Experience with requirements traceability and backlog management in Jira and Confluence.
• Experience facilitating elicitation sessions and stakeholder reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust and a VA PIV credential.

Nice to have

• VA, VHA logistics, or supply chain domain experience.
• SQL or Power BI experience for data analysis.
• UAT planning and execution experience.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAFe POPM certification.
