Specialized Talent Sourcer

What you will do

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand niche requirements and align sourcing efforts with client goals.
• Post and review job advertisements, process applications, and use online platforms, social media, networking, campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing to attract specialized candidates.
• Build and maintain talent communities through personalized outreach, networking events, and ongoing candidate engagement.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability, then present candidate and market insights to hiring groups.
• Pre-screen candidates, assess qualifications and cultural fit, and promote the employer brand to target talent.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, support diversity and inclusion, stay current with sourcing practices, and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training through hirify.global TalentCloud and ACE certification required.
• At least 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting required.
• Deep understanding of and solid sourcing experience in a specific industry, industry group, or market required.
• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and hiring teams.
• Strong research and market analysis skills, with the ability to handle candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, address niche recruitment challenges creatively, continue learning about industry trends and emerging technologies, and achieve sourcing targets.
